Re-opening of Early Learning and Childcare Providers Framework CC13109 to new entrants Lot 1: To supplement in house provision, West Lothian Council re-opened the Early Learning & Childcare Services Framework CC13109. To be appointed to the framework service providers were required to pass the Qualification Stage, meet all mandatory requirements, meet Authority requirements, demonstrate that they meet all the requirements of the National Standards Criteria and be prepared to accept the Council's hourly rate of GBP7.32 per hour (2024/25 rate which may be subject to change). Whilst service providers will receive this specific hourly rate, there will be no definite number of hours per week.
