Communication and Marketing Services for the Trade and Competitiveness Programme in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Jordan

Description

The overall objective of the requested services is to achieve a measurable increase in awareness and understanding of the EU and the EIB among the general population in the four Partner countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Jordan), and to contribute to the objectives of the EU Trade and Competitiveness Programme through an integrated communication and marketing campaign. Lot 1: In the framework of this contract, the service provider will provide, inter alia, the following services: — conduct a comprehensive situation analysis in the partner countries and develop an integrated communication and marketing plan for the EU Trade and Competitiveness Programme in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Jordan, including a campaign monitoring and evaluation plan; — implementation of the communication and marketing plans, including the production of communication products; — evaluation of the impact of the campaigns in every target country.
