Description

Award of a 4 year contract for the provision of a Creative Agency Partner to support the NHSBSA.<br/><br/>The contract was awarded following a further competition process, via Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM6124 Communications Marketplace Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Lot 1: The services are required to support the NHSBSA Communications and Marketing Team with large campaigns, such as 'NHS Healthy Start' and 'Check Before You Tick' which includes, but is not limited to large volumes of design work, stock photography and videography.<br/><br/>The Creative Agency Partner is required to ensure efficient and effective behavior change campaigns are executed to support delivery of the Authority's business strategies and Government priorities.<br/><br/>The Creative Agency Partner is required to deliver the following requirements when required by the NHSBSA Communications and Marketing Team - Audience Segmentation, Campaign Planning, Campaign Analytics and Performance, Creative Design, Creative Production, Creative Copywriting, Creative Strategic Ideation, Testing and Core Messages, Translation and Transcreation, Typesetting, Artwork, Proofing and Pagination, Animation and Motion Graphics, Audio Mixing, Collateral, Dynamic Creative Optimisation, Photography, Radio, Audio and Podcasts, Shoot Management, Social Production, Videography, Behavioural Changes PR, Press Release Writing, Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Social Marketing Support, Event/Campaign Evaluation, Stakeholder Engagement Events and User Research.
