South West Smokefree Regional Communications Campaign Tender

Description

The Council requires a specialist agency to deliver the "Core" components of a "Core + Local" regional mass-media smoking cessation campaign for October 2026. The primary goal of the campaign is to increase the number of smokers making quit attempts across the Southwest, with a particular focus on the people with the most entrenched smoking behaviours living in areas affected by deprivation. Rather than creating a new campaign, the Supplier will be expected to adapt the ‘What Will You Miss?’ (WWYM) campaign for the Southwest.
