Description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is advertising an opportunity from the CCS Framework – Construction Professional Services using Direct Award within Lot 1 - Built Environment and General Infrastructure to provide Project Management (PM) & Quantity Surveyor (QS) services on a NEC4 PSSC contract time charge basis at Kingston upon Hull . The contract is anticipated to commence on 3rd March 2026 ending by 5th October 2026. The Authority has estimated the overall value of the Services to be capped at £100,000 Overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
