In doing so, a number of tenders will be run for the following services: Approximate Annual Contract Value (£) of each tender: Roofing and Scaffolding: £450,000 Drainage: £120,000 Gas and Plumbing: £600,000 Windows and Doors: £180,000 General Building and Voids: £120,000 Large Complex Works: £150,000 Electrical Works: £100,000 Fencing: £125,000 Areas to be covered for these services are: • Cambridgeshire • Essex • Northamptonshire • Buckinghamshire • Hertfordshire The contract term for each of the above tender awards will be on a 1+1+1+1+1 (year) basis.
