CRM solution to support DFI membership engagement, CRM and income diversification activities. We require a new membership management system with member portal, and some integration our public website. Includes Email Marketing, and Event Management, both of which need look and feel as a part of an overall intuitive solution. The solution will be SaaS (Software as a Service) configuration, completely hosted by the EO (supplier, tenderer).
