The Trust is looking at appointing an Organisational Culture Change Strategic Partner to provide specialist <br/>capacity and expertise to design, deliver and embed a Trust‑wide cultural transformation programme. Lot 1: Open Procedure<br/>UHSussex seeks a strategic partner with deep expertise in cultural systems, behavioural change and large<br/>scale transformation in complex healthcare environments. The partner will work alongside the Trust to <br/>embed the Compass, strengthen leadership accountability, build psychological safety, and align systems <br/>and processes to the behaviours required for Excellent Care Everywhere.
