Legal Services to The City of Liverpool College (Inclusive of Group Companies)

Description

The City of Liverpool College are going out to tender for a 3 year contract (with the option to extend for one extra year) for the supply and delivery of legal services to the College group, this contract will start on 01/08/2026. The contract will however be subject to review after a 2 year period with an opportunity for a break in the contract to be applied at that time. The expected value of this contract is in the region of £125,000 inc vat per year. The tender process is to be conducted under the principles of the Light Touch Regime established in the Procurement Act 2023.
