Royal Victoria Park - Golf and Footgolf

Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking to engage with the market to explore interest and potential delivery models for the future operation, development, and enhancement of golf and footgolf facilities at Royal Victoria Park, Bath (formerly known as approach golf course). This preliminary engagement aims to gather information, understand market capability, and shape a potential future procurement process. This notice does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment to proceed with a procurement exercise. Bath and North East Somerset Council (the Council) will deliver an online presentation on the current operation and envisaged changes to the scope of that operation on 01st May 2026. Following the presentation there will be a Q & A session, and the Council may also hold further follow-up 1:1 discussions with interested providers. These sessions will be recorded or notes taken so that relevant information will be shared with all potential bidders. The Council is aiming to remove any financial burden relating to this site and potentially generate an income from the improved facilities
