Description

The contracting authority requests tenders for thinning/logging in the years 2020 and 2021. The contracting authority requests tenders for thinning/logging in the years 2020 and 2021. If both parties agree, the contract can be extended for a further 2 years. For 2020, the thinning need in felling classification III and IV is approx. 3 000 m3. The final quantity will be determined according to political management of the new financial plan for the municipal forest in September 2019. This will also provide guidelines for the felling quantity for the coming years. Each year, a contract will be written about the coming year's felling plan, by 15 October. Based on logging for the last 3 years, 80 % is spruce, 15 % is pine and 5 % is deciduous forest.
