The services required under this appointment are as follows: • Project Management Services • Employer's Agent Services • Quantity Surveyor Services The scope of this contract is to undertake the following: • Full Project Management, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor Services for RIBA 2-7 in line with the RICS Scope of Services. • Coordination of the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 stages. • Manage and coordinate the Design Team and Technical Team and provide monthly updates on the project dashboard including risk register, programme and change control tracker. Issue monthly dashboard updates during the lifespan of the project. The Consultant shall carry out and complete all services listed in the Tender Pack. Detailed Requirements, and all such other services as are reasonably incidental to, or reasonably flow from those set out, or could reasonably be expected from a competent consultant experienced in, the required services on projects of a similar nature to the Project.
