Description

The UK Government's Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) fund supports local authorities in England to work with the chargepoint industry, to improve the roll out and commercialisation of local charging infrastructure. These public chargepoints will help residents who don't have access to off-street parking and need to charge their electric vehicles (EVs). The LEVI Capital fund aims to: - deliver a step-change in the deployment of local, primarily low power, on-street charging infrastructure across England - accelerate the commercialisation of, and investment in, the local charging infrastructure sector West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) on behalf of the 7 constituent Local Authority (LA) areas of the West Midlands are seeking providers of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EVI) to deliver and manage a range of EVI solutions that will support its residents without the ability to charge off-street at home from their own residential electricity supply.
