Description
Lot 1: As part of the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams developments in Great Yarmouth and Waveney, a number of additional posts have been agreed with ECCH - including a Health Connector, and 2 x Integrated Neighbourhood Team Leads. This will be managed by ECCH whilst being part of an integrated model of delivery. The effective date will be recruitment start date for each of the 3 posts to 31st March 2027, to align with the contract end date.
