Construction management services

Description

Færder municipality c/o the Properties administration shall enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services related to building and construction. Framework agreements will be signed with up to 3 tenderers. The consultancy services include assignments related to construction management, project management, safety, health and work environment coordinator (Norwegian abbreviation: SHA), accountable applicant, analyses, independent inspections, assistance related to tender processes, technical consultancy related to the disciplines building physics, building engineering, construction engineering, architecture, acoustics, fire safety, HVAC and sanitary engineering, electrical engineering, the construction client regulation.
