9581 QS for Railway Panel Dismantling and Ferrous Scrap Disposal

Description

This is a call to competition by IE for the establishment of a Qualification System for Railway Panel Dismantling and Ferrous Scrap Disposal (the “Contract”). The ongoing requirements of the business over the duration of the five-year period may be run as Mini-Tenders under the QS, or we may enter into a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with the successfully pre-qualified tenderers. Iarnród Éireann proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to be appointed to a Qualification System for Railway Panel Dismantling for the Purchase and Removal of Scrap Materials that arise on an ad-hoc basis in various locations throughout the network. We will appoint companies that we deem to have the necessary skills and experience in undertaking the type of services as outlined within this PQQ. Any company appointed must be able to demonstrate that they are fully compliant with the current Waste Management Regulations and have the necessary Licences and Waste Permits in place to demonstrate this compliance.
