Stone Pitching, Cringley Bottom

Description

Footpath enhancement works and the supply of all required materials to facilitate those works as described within the specification in Section 4. This is to include: • Installation of 65 linear meters of stone pitching • Appointment as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor Duty Holder in relation to Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 • The provision of all materials to facilitate the works. • Transport of materials to and from site (it is anticipated that all materials will be needed to be transported via a helicopter lift, please note there is no vehicle access to the construction zone) • Cross drains suitable for a bridleway (if required) and landscaping. • Removal of all waste and arisings from site in accordance with relevant legislation.
