New Contest for delivery of institution places for persons with substance abuse problems

Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg municipalities (Hereafter called the contracting authority) invites tenderers to participate in a contest for parallel framework agreements for delivery of institution places for persons with substance abuse problems. Lot 1: The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with two (2) tenderers for the purchase of individual 24 hour institution places for persons with substance abuse problems. The tenderers awarded contracts will be ranked according to the principle the most advantageous offer, based on evaluation of the award criteria. Ordering of individual assignments/services will take place in accordance with the ranking.
