The mentor contributes independent, informed observation and advice to aid decision-making to owner / managers / directors to help them tackle issues effectively and enable them to deal with future business challenges while also developing their skills and capabilities. Mentors can provide support on specific areas of the business plan so as to identify, improve, develop and implement novel and innovative solutions to develop, sustain, scale up and adapt business processes or operational models in order to improve business development and growth potential.
