Description

Procurement of technical dental products. The competition has two parts. An agreement will be signed with up to two service providers, distributed over the following product categories: — Group 1: Permanent prosthesis. — Group 2: Removable prosthesis (whole and part prosthetics, wire clamp prosthesis. Oppland fylkeskommune currently has three agreements for technical dental products: — Framework agreement for permanent prosthesis that expires 31.12.2018. — 2 geographical framework agreements for removable prosthesis that expires 31.12.2020. When Oppland fylkeskommune’s current agreements expire, they will join the agreements that result from this competition. With the planned merging of the 2 counties from 1.1.2020, the new Innlandet fylkeskommune will be the contracting party. Previously Hedmark County had framework agreements in this area. The turnover during the last two years has remained stable around 2 700 000 NOK excluding VAT. In Oppland fylkeskommune, the volume in the last year has been around 2 800 000 NOK excluding VAT. The stated volume does not entail purchasing obligation for the Contracting Authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can effect the total volume.
