Description

The contracting authority would like to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of technical dental products for the public dental health service in the Agder Counties. The total estimated value of the contract is NOK 5-10 million per annum, based on previous procurements. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The framework agreement concerns prioritised patient groups. Prioritised patients means patients that the contracting authority is responsible for providing dental health services for, c.f. the Dental Health Service Act, section 1-3, first paragraph, letters a-d, as well as other users that have a right to free services from the county dental health service. Dental surgery for treatment carried out after a specialist referral is not included in the contract.
