Description

Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Single Party Framework for the Supply and installation of automated water flow and quality monitoring equipment and related services. The duration of the Framework Agreement is 4 years. The initial contract for the monitoring equipment will be split into 3 stages • Stage 1 – Supply, installation, commissioning, hosting of real-time data and maintenance. Estimated duration 2 years. • Stage 2 – Moving, reinstalling and recommissioning the monitoring equipment for 2 sites to a new location determined by the MDDT, to be appointed, and ensuring continuity of real-time data and maintenance • Stage 3 – Decommission all 6 sites. 2 Number non-contact flow monitors – Flow monitor is to capture the volume of water being discharged from the selected site through the identified public combined sewer. 4 Number flow monitors – Flow monitors are to capture the volume of water being discharged from the selected sites through the identified public surface water drain. 4 number auto samplers – The auto samplers are to sample the first flush effect of each rain event. The samplers shall notify the CA’s designated person/s, to be identified, when samples are to be taken. Site visit is recommended prior to tendering to ensure the tenderer has a full understanding of the complexities of each location. The Contracting Authority reserve the right not to progress with one or more of the sites listed below. Furthermore, they reserve the right to replace one or more of these sites for another similar location within the DCC’s functional area. Please note that this project is subject to funding.
