Description

As per the prior information notice published on the 28.3.2018, the contracting authority (Surrey Heath CCG) is awarding a contract to Surrey Heath Community Providers Limited, for the provision of an improved integrated access service for general practice. This will improve access in hours and out of hours general practice, reduce access inequalities, develop general practice at scale as part of a wider set of integrated services, ensure integration of extended access with out of hours and urgent care services. This will also take the opportunity to invest in general practice to enable sustainability today and transformation tomorrow making the service better for patients and health practitioners. The contract will run from 1.10.2018 – 30.9.2021 (3 years, plus up to 2 years extension).
