BME EEA 2023-01 Operation, maintenance, and management - Zone south west and Årstad district

The procurement concerns three sub-contracts for operation, maintenance, and management in zone south west and Åstad. - Sub-contract 1: Roads- zone south west - Sub-contract 2: Park - zone south west - Sub-contract 3: Park - Årstad There are social responsibility requirements for all the sub-contracts. A climate contribution can be given from the contracting authority for the sub-contracts of up to NOK 1 million a year. See annex 2 - contract formula - for further information. Lot 1: Sub-contract 1: Roads south west The contract is for the operation and maintenance of municipal roads, foot and cycle paths, pavements, and steps in zone south west. Zone south west comprises Laksevåg, Fyllingsdalen, Fana, and Ytrebygda districts. The work includes, amongst other things, cleaning streets and urban spaces, emptying waste bins, cleaning, emptying sand traps, asphalt patching work, clearing vegetation, clearing ditches, operation patrol activities, and other minor work based on a cost-plus basis. Lot 2: Sub-contract 2: Park south west The contract includes management, operation, and maintenance of municipal parks, green installations, play areas, etc., in zone south west. Zone south west comprises Laksevåg, Fyllingsdalen, Fana, and Ytrebygda districts. The contract includes, amongst other things: - Care of grass areas, summer flowers, bushes and trees, management of park fixtures, surface cleaning, waste management, operation and snow clearing of park roads, open spaces and ball pitches, inspection of drains, urgent assignments and other odd jobs in areas that the Agency of Urban Environment is responsible for. - Weekly visual inspections and management of playground equipment, operation and management of outdoor areas and green areas connected to the playgrounds, surface cleaning, waste management, inspection of drains, replacement and assembly of play apparatuses, minor renovation work and improvements to covers and constructions, odd jobs, urgent assignments, etc. - The contract will include both ongoing maintenance work at an agreed price in accordance with the functional description, simple renovation assignments, other planned assignments and urgent assignments at agreed unit prices or hourly rates. Lot 3: Sub-contract 3: Park Årstad The contract includes management, operation, and maintenance of municipal parks, green installations, play areas, etc., in Årstad.
