Extension of Total Facilities Management for DfE Vacant Property Portfolio

Description

This extension of contract provides Total Facilities Management Services for the Department of Education's vacant and transient property portfolio across England. This is a make safe and keep safe, reactive and critical TFM services across DfE's managed portfolio of properties including site security, statutory compliance testing and certification, repairs and maintenance and a variety of other FM services as well as building works packages such as walls, roofs, remediation or refurbishment works.
