The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of data protection consultancy, for the provision of support services, and general advice across a range of data protection activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on an ‘as-needed’ basis within a tight timeframe.
