Description

In connection with the upgrading of the genetics laboratory at the Institute of Marine Research's department in Tromsø, a “Next-Generation Sequencing” (NGS) system with pipetting robot has been procured. This system will primarily be used for massive parallel sequencing of PCR products (metabar coding, sequencing of SNP sequences), but must also be able to perform the novo sequencing. As the number of tests to be sequenced varies, the system must be easily scalable. The system will only be used for research. The procurement also includes a Framework Agreement for instrument-specific consumables. Options: — service contract.
