Supply of Laundry services required to support Caledonian Sleepers operations at Aberdeen, Inverness (lot 1) and Fort William. (lot 2) Lot 1: Laundry services Aberdeen and Inverness Laundry Service – Laundry to be collected Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) at the location of Aberdeen Clayhills Depot and Inverness train station Product will be collected on one occasion, laundered, and delivered on a second occasion. The turnaround shall be 24 hours for all items, exempt for filled products (e.g., duvets, pillows) and products requiring special treatment (i.e., stains) where the turnaround shall be 7 days. Loading and unloading of laundry for transport to and from CSL locations, as well as movement of laundry on depots. Lot 2: Laundry services Fort William Laundry Service – Laundry to be collected Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) at the location of Fort William train station. Product will be collected on one occasion, laundered, and delivered on a second occasion. The turnaround shall be 24 hours for all items, exempt for filled products (e.g., duvets, pillows) and products requiring special treatment (i.e., stains) where the turnaround shall be 7 days.
