SYP - Digital Asset Management System Extension

Description

This is the first 12-month extension option for the Digital Asset Management System for South Yorkshire Police, under the original call-off contract. A modification notice cannot be completed as it cannot be linked to the previous contract award notice. This is due to not being able to select notices under South Yorkshire Police, now that we are under South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority. Lot 1: South Yorkshire Police called off a contract via South Yorkshire Police's Digital Asset Management System Framework. The contract was awarded for a period of 5 years, with 4 optional 12 month extensions. This is for the first 12-month extension option.
