Wigan Council wish to gather qualitative intelligence to complement the quantitative data presented in Wigans Children's JSNA, as well as guiding health-strengthening actions with our children and young people in the places they live, play, learn and work. The primary objectives of the commission are to: • Understand the health experiences of our children's young people and family communities including seldom heard voices and those who are disproportionately impacted by health inequalities. • Support us to identify a framework for Child Health in Wigan, that makes improvements to the families, children's and young people's lives. • Uncover both the risks and opportunities related to child health recognising the potential for positive interventions, that focus on community empowerment and whole system changes. ## Contract award
