Gas compressors

Description

The tender comprises a non-exclusive framework agreement for supply of different sizes of compressor stations mounted in standard containers. The expected contract volume is 10-30 units over the contract period. The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years with an optional extension of duration of up to 6 years. HMN Naturgas I/S expects that around 10-15 biogas plants will be connected to the natural gas grid during the next years. Each biogas plant will typically be equipped with approx. 2 injection compressor units. The framework agreement will not guarantee a sudden numbers of compressor units to be delivered, and HMN Naturgas I/S cannot guarantee that every compressor unit will be supplied by the supplier (no exclusivity). The capacity of the compressors will in every case be specified by HMN Naturgas I&S, so it is important that the supplier has a compressor program covering a wide range of capacities from 250 Nm3/h to 2 500 Nm3/h. HMN Naturgas I/S therefore invites the supplier to make offers for 3 different sizes of compressor units as stated below: — 800 Nm3/h at 5 bar(g) suction pressure and 50 bar(g) discharge pressure, — 1 600 Nm3/h at 5 bar(g) suction pressure and 50 bar(g) discharge pressure, — 2 400 Nm3/h at 5 bar(g) suction pressure and 50 bar(g) discharge pressure. Design gas temperature for inlet gas is 10-20oC and maximum outlet gas temperature is 50oC. The compressor must be able regulate the capacity from 0 % to 100 %. The compressor must be delivered as packaged CE-marked unit and be of the oil-free type.
