Les prestations feront l'objet de trois accords-cadres mono-attributaires exécutés par émission de bons de commande conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont alloties en trois lots géographiques qui seront traités par accords-cadres séparés: — lot 1: Nord Sarthe; — lot 2: Centre Sarthe; — lot 3: Sud Sarthe. Chaque accord est conclu avec un montant maximal de 150 000 EUR par période et est renouvelable par tacite reconduction. Le montant maximal par période est de 150 000 EUR HT.
