Provision of Consultancy Services (Leigh Port Regeneration) via CCS RM6165 Construction Professional Services (Lot 6: Environmental) (CCS Reference: CPS1-45214-2025)

Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council (the "Customer") would like to appoint a consultancy service for the Leigh Port Regeneration Project. The appointed consultancy will be responsible for finalising the design of the Leigh Port scheme, including preparation of construction-ready drawings and will act as a Principal Designer throughout the stage. In addition, the consultant will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, providing technical, planning, environmental, and stakeholder engagement support to ensure the project is ready for construction in October 2026. The scope will also include securing regulatory approvals and supporting the contractor during tender process.
