Introduction Vantage RE Ltd ("Vantage" or "the Company") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify and engage a qualified and security-mature Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive outsourced IT services. This engagement will include end-user support, infrastructure and network management, cybersecurity, mobile telephony support, printer management, and strategic IT enablement. The selected provider will act as a trusted long-term partner, supporting the Company's operational stability and regulatory compliance obligations across its UK and Irish operations. Security and regulatory compliance are central to this procurement. In particular, ISO 27001 certification is a mandatory requirement for all responding vendors. The anticipated contract term is 36 months, with the option to extend based on performance. Company Overview The Company operates in both the United Kingdom and Ireland, employing approximately 50 people. The technology environment is designed to support a modern, mobile workforce. Key elements of the IT landscape include: -Approximately 50 laptops of mixed operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) -Virtual servers hosted in Microsoft Azure or equivalent platform -A mixed wired and wireless network secured by a managed firewall and VPN for remote users-A mobile-only telephony environment with each staff member is issued with a managed mobile device -One networked multifunction printers supporting secure print workflows -Productivity and collaboration services delivered through Microsoft 365 or equivalent -Governance and compliance frameworks aligned to General Data Protection Regulation (UK and EU), NIS2 Directive, and Cyber Essentials Plus. The current IT environment is supported by external providers. This RFP seeks to appoint a new or replacement partner to ensure a secure, stable, and scalable IT service model going forward. Key Objectives The key objectives of this RFP are to: -Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT services across the Company. -Deliver well-defined support for mobile telephony and printer services. -Strengthen the Company's security posture and compliance with regulatory frameworks. -Establish measurable service level agreements (SLAs) with clear escalation and reporting mechanisms. -Maintain compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus and support obligations under GDPR and NIS2. -Engage a provider that holds valid ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification as a baseline standard. -Support future IT strategy and enable scalable growth.
