IRT Booking, Scheduling, Routing Management Software

Description

TfW has appointed a suitable provider to supply/develop a software system to support the Integration Responsive Transport Service (IRT). Lot 1: TfW has appointed a suitable supplier who is best able to meet TfW's key functional requirements. TfW will work with suppliers to develop non core requirements for the successful delivery. Key requirements to support fflecsi services are: *Provides routing and scheduling functions for vehicles; *Has an integrated driver ‘app’; *Has an integrated passenger ‘app’; *Is able to modernise existing Demand Responsive Transport services in Wales such as Bwcabus and Grass Routes; *Provides back office tools to set system parameters and monitor performance, provide management information and customer service representatives information that enables them to manage customer calls effectively; and *Interfaces with a web portal that provides trip booking and account management functions for passengers and the TfW CRM.
