Suction and flushing services for area Porsanger (R01322) and area Kirkenes (R01352)

Description

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] invites tenderers to submit tenders for framework agreements for suction and flushing services for the following independent lots: - Lot 1: Forsvarsbygg northern region. Finnmark district, Porsanger area (contract number R01322). - Lot 2: Forsvarsbygg northern region. Finnmark district, Kirkenes area (contract number R01352). This agreement shall primarily cover the need for services regarding the emptying, inspection, and cleaning of fat separators, sand traps and septic tanks, steaming ice plugs, as well as turn-out assignments related to high pressure flushing of blocked pipes, filming pipes, etc. The service shall also cover the disposal of retrieved material at legal reception sites, i.e., non-dewatered septic sludge, animal bi-products, and sludge from fat separators and sand trap sludge, etc. All of the tenderer's resources that will enter a military location must be able to be authorised to LIMITED. NOTE - If submitting a tender offer for both lots, a complete tender (all documents) must be submitted for each lot in Mercell.
