Digital Platform

Description

The contract is for the provision of a Digital Service Platform to support the delivery and management of customer-facing services across Central Bedfordshire Council. The solution will provide digital forms, customer self-service, workflow and case management, customer relationship management (CRM), automation and integration capabilities, together with implementation, configuration, training, support and maintenance services. The platform will be supplied as a cloud-based solution and will integrate with the Council's existing systems to support the delivery of digital services and ongoing service improvement. ## Contract award
