The project is located within the Council's administrative area at Abbeylands, Abbey St., Cavan Town, Eircode H12 NN99. The project involves the following, *The delivery of a three storey Community Public Building to accommodate a number of local community organisations with both stand-alone and shared office and public reception functions; *The delivery of a three storey Remote Working Hub building to incorporate civic use lettable space at ground floor and to accommodate lettable office space for various private companies with shared office facilities on upper levels; *The delivery of a large public plaza area, event space; *The delivery of public realm improvements to adjoining streets and laneways; * All ancillary works associated with this phase.
