Description

Pembrokeshire College is seeking to procure the supply, delivery, offload, siting, installation and commissioning of four (4) Manual Centre Lathes for the G1.20 Machine Shop within the Engineering Department. The new equipment will replace two Harrison V390 manual centre lathes that have been in continuous service for approximately 26 years and are no longer considered suitable for assessment-valid teaching purposes. The new lathes will support more than 140 learners per week across multiple Further Education Engineering programmes including: • Enhanced Engineering (Mechanical) • Enhanced Energy Engineering • Enhanced Marine Engineering Pre-Cadetship • Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeships The College is seeking robust, industrial educational standard machines suitable for intensive teaching use within an FE environment.
