25030 E Procurement System

Description

Cambridgeshire County Council is currently part of a joint contract with the City other Districts in the County for its e procurement system. The joint contract is currently held by Cambridge City Council and ends on 25th February 2026. On behalf of: • Cambridge City Council • East Cambridgeshire District Council • South Cambridgeshire District Council • Huntingdonshire District Council • Fenland District Council In addition, Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority will be named in the procurement. The Council (with its partners) is seeking to procure an e procurement system which is compliant with all requirements of the Procurement Act 2023, the Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023 (PSR) and Public Procurement Regulations 2015 (PCR), enabling publication of relevant notices and end to end management of procurement projects.
