Former tenancy Debt Collection - Existing cases only The original contract with Credit G was established to allow them to retain and manage preexisting cases and debts for collection. As these cases were assigned to Credit G under the terms of the original agreement, they are authorized to continue pursuing and collecting on our behalf. No new cases are being referred to Credit G. This requirement relates to the ongoing contractual arrangement with Credit G for the collection of former tenancy debts. It serves as an extension to cover the continued collection of historic debts previously retained by the provider, which they will pursue until each case is formally closed. ## Contract award
