The works comprise mechanical and associated electrical services upgrades within Guildhall event spaces, including replacement and improvement of plant, distribution systems and associated infrastructure, together with enabling and builder’s works required to support installation. Works will be undertaken within operational areas. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
