Work Location Polaris House, North Star Avenue, Swindon, SN2 1FL Working Arrangments Remote working with onsite days whenever required. Main support hours between 09:00 to 17:00 weekdays with a facility to resolve emergency issues out of normal working hours. A minimum of 2.5 working days cover spread over the week will be required but suppliers must quote for a maximum of 5 working days per week. Security Clearance Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) - Level A No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria • Demonstrate how you will work as part of a team with our organisation and other suppliers throughout the project. • Demonstrate how, when making decisions, you will work transparently and collaboratively with the team and other project stakeholders throughout the project. • Demonstrate how you will implement a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes.
