Procurement of a course within Aviation Safety Training. The aim of the procurement is to see to the necessary competence within the Inspectorate for Aviation Safety and the Norwegian Aircraft Crash Commission, both through preventive and investigative courses. Lot 1: The Norwegian Defence has ratified STANAG 7238 and AFSP-06 Edition A, and these make up the background for the procurement. Tenderers must offer both theoretical courses and practical training within aviation safety. According to STANAG 7238 and AFSP-06, tenderers must provide teaching within - Flight safety theory fundamentals - Flight safety management - Cause and effect sequence analysis - Mishap prevention - Flight safety system - Flight safety system information management - Flight safety level assessment - Implementing information technology in flight safety system - Promotion of just culture philosophy in organization - Flight data acquistion - Risk management; including methods of mitigation risk Otherwise, the contracting authority requests that teaching is also provided within - Human factors in aircraft maintenance - Human factors analysis and classification system Tenderers must offer crash lab teaching when required, and otherwise be able to offer classroom teaching, both in the tenderer's own facilities and at Norwegian military bases. As the pandemic has shown the appropriateness of courses on digital platforms, we would like the theoretical course to be be given in this way.
