New lifeboat quay.

Description

The lifeboat quay in Havøysund is to be replaced with a new concrete floating quay and a new access ramp to the floating quay. The lifeboat is currently in a temporary location. The procurement will be made as a direct procurement without a contest. The contract will be awarded directly to a supplier as the project for the new lifeboat quay was started in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic, and local outbreaks during the project have led to delays in activities in the project and postponed clarifications. When the decision about the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice was made, the situation around covid-19 was still very unclear, and there was a major outbreak. In order shorten the period that the lifeboat is in a temporary location, and to 'ensure life and health', a decision was made on 4 January 2022 to procure a new floating quay and a new access ramp as a direct procurement.
