NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Procurement Services (hosted by Velindre NHS Trust) (“NWSSP”) via eTender Wales on behalf of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB), who would subsequently enter into the Agreement. Suppliers were invited to participate under the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6116 - Network Services 3, Lot 4b: Digital Communication Services (Unified Communications). The Mini Competition was conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the framework’s terms and conditions. The result of the procurement exercise concluded with the award of a sole supplier contract. The contract covers the provision of comprehensive maintenance and support services for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board’s (CTM) existing Mitel telephony estate, supporting 24/7/365 operation across all hospital and remote sites. The scope includes proactive monitoring, remote and on‑site maintenance, incident management, software fixes and upgrades, and support for core Mitel infrastructure, applications, gateways, DECT systems, and in‑warranty handsets.
