Description

The competition concerns a service concession for the delivery of user-managed personal assistance (BPA) for users in Froland municipality (the Contracting Authority). The Contracting Authority will continue the user choice scheme for user-managed personal assistance (BPA) from September 2018. This means that users who have a decision on BPA can choose between private suppliers who have been awarded a concession. The concession award will mean that new contracts will be signed with suppliers of BPA. Per January 2018 approx. 12 500 annual hours of personal assistance are provided to approx. 3 users. The Contracting Authority does not pledge a specified volume, as changes in the need, budget and procedures may affect the total volume.
