Procurement – Signs and road marking materials 2022

Description

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into framework agreements with one or more tenderers. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for signs and road marking materials in accordance with the requirement specification. The procurement consists of 7 categories, and tenderers can choose to submit tenders for one or more categories. Each part will be evaluated individually. If a tenderer is evaluated as being the best within several categories, the contracting authority can choose to write a combined contract for these categories. Lot A: Category A; Standard traffic signs Category A; Standard traffic signs: This category includes all standard traffic signs, with the exception of signs that come under Category E (work notification equipment). Lot B: Category B: Signs in brackets This category includes standard signs in brackets as stated in the price form under category B. Brackets must be in aluminium and frame the entire sign plate. Lot C: Category C: Barriers and obstacles This category includes products that are stated in the price form under category C. Prices shall include road marking signs, foundation and lock systems adapted to padlocks. The barrier must be able to be locked in both open and closed posidtion. Lot D: Category D: Set-up materials This category includes products that are stated in the price sheet under category D. *Options will be entered into for the other assortment (see the price form tab OPTION - DISCOUNT No category). Options will not be evaluated. Tenderers must therefore state the contracting authority's discount for the guiding list price for ‘the rest of the assortment’. The Contracting Authority can voluntarily choose to utilise the option. The Contracting Authority can join the option for one or more product groups. Lot E: Category E: Work notification equipment This category includes products that are stated in the price form under category E. Lot F: Category F: Road marking materials This category includes road marking materials that are stated in the price form under category F Lot G: Category G: Private-law signs This category includes private-law signs that are stated in the price form under category G.
