Third Level Support and Consultancy (Website & SharePoint)

Description

The GPhC requires comprehensive consultancy services to: • Develop and support the bespoke Inspections SharePoint Tool (IST): This includes custom development, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. • Develop and support the organization's online SharePoint platform: Provide technical expertise for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SharePoint platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization. • Develop and support the Inspections Publication Site: Offer technical support and maintenance for the website, including updates, security enhancements, and performance optimization to ensure reliable access and functionality. • Other ad hoc technical consultancy: Provide additional technical consultancy services as needed, covering a wide range of IT and development tasks to support the Organisation. These services will be provided on a pay-as-you-go basis and will be directed by the internal IT management team to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and efficient resource utilization. Additionally, the new supplier must have experience with UK health regulation processes and ideally possess expertise in scheduling, inspecting, and publishing GPhC Pharmacy reviews. ## Contract award
