Description

Demolition of existing Mental Health unit and construction of the new re-configured unit within the existing footprint, comprising single storey 10-Bed Mental Health Community Rehabilitation Residence with a cross laminated timber structural frame, with associated site development works. The site enabling/demolitions works will be executed in advance of the main contract works commencing. The cross laminated timber structural installations will be executed by a reserved specialists, where the Contractor is to enter a sub-contract with a reserved Specialist in accordance with contract clause 5.4.3 (ii).
